This month of February 2010, we decided to make a small loan through KIVA.org to the following group.

Mrs. Sam Ann Yem is the village bank president selected by the members, who all use the loan for different purposes. She is a grocer in the local village and her husband, Mr. Vey Phan, is a farmer who owns a small piece of land where he cultivates rice to support his family. In order to improve their living conditions, Mrs. Sam Ann Yem decided to ask for a loan to start a new business buying more rice to resell because it can generate a high income. Mrs. Sam Ann Yem is the mother of four children, two of whom work in a massage shop, while the other two are enrolled in the local public school.
We encourage you to loan to entrepreneurs around the world through KIVA.org!
